The largest land transaction was registered in Al Thanayah Fourth, standing at USD 10.2 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 10 million in Palm Jumeirah.
Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 30 sales transactions worth USD 17.6 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 15 sales transactions worth USD 32 million and Nad Al Shiba First with 15 sales transactions worth USD 10 million completing the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 91 million, an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 59 million and another apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 35 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 272 million. The highest was a land in Al Thanyah First, mortgaged for USD 24 million.
