Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, from 4 to 11 November, 2021

172 plots sold for USD 389 million, 1,275 apartments and villas sold for USD 705 million.

1,964 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.9 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 4 to 11 November, 2021.

According to the Dubai Land Department's weekly report, 172 plots sold for USD 389 million, 1,275 apartments and villas sold for USD 705 million.

The largest land transaction was registered in Me'Aisem First, standing at USD 63 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 38 million in the same area.

Al Hebiah Fourth saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 35 sales transactions worth USD 46 million. It is followed by Wadi Al Safa 5 with 29 sales transactions worth USD 34 million and Al Yufrah 3 with 16 sales transactions worth USD 4.9 million completes the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 124 million, an apartment in Al Khairan First sold for USD 67 million and aт apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 65 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 781 million. The highest was a plot of land in Al Yelayiss 2, mortgaged for USD 209 million.

147 properties worth USD 58 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
