Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, July 1-8, 2021

102 plots sold for USD 171 million, 1,164 apartments and villas sold for USD 639 million.

1,705 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.4 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 1 to 8 July, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, standing at USD 23 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 16 million in Island 2.

Nad Al Shiba First saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 17 sales transactions worth USD 10 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 16 sales transactions worth USD 55 million and Jumeirah First also with 12 sales transactions worth USD 27 million completing the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 101 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 58 million and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 54 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 272 million. The highest was a land in Business Bay, mortgaged for USD 68 million.

97 properties worth USD 267 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
