Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, June 10-17, 2021

135 plots sold for USD 195 million, 1,298 apartments and villas sold for USD 691 million.

1,921 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.3 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 10 to 17 June, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Island 2, standing at USD 23.8 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 17 million in Al Hebiah First.

Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 35 sales transactions worth USD 20 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 23 sales transactions worth USD 34 million and Al Hebiah Fourth with 20 sales transactions worth USD 24 million completing the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 93 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 76 million and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 53 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 544 million. The highest was a land in Al Qusais First, mortgaged for USD 75 million.

84 properties worth USD 54 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
