Two largest land transactions were registered in Al Manara, the first plot was sold for USD 12 million and the second one for USD 11 million.
Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 16 sales transactions worth USD 12 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 13 sales transactions worth USD 34 million and Nad Al Shiba First with 12 sales transactions worth USD 12 million completes the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 93 million, a villa in Dubai Investment Park First sold for USD 90 million and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 48 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 1.08 billion. The highest was a land in Business Bay, mortgaged for USD 272 million.
