Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, June 4-10, 2021

219 plots of land were sold for USD 397 million, 1,418 apartments and villas were sold for USD 756 million.

2,069 real estate and property transactions worth USD 2.9 billion in total were registered in Dubai during the week from 4 to 10 June, 2021.

The largest transactions were a land in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 89 million followed by a land in Al Safouh Second that was sold for USD 19.3 million.

The highest number of transactions during the week was recorded in Al Hebiah Fourth with 101 sales transactions amounting to USD 119 million. Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid came second with 18 sales transactions worth USD 57 million. It is followed by Al Hebiah Third that had 15 sales transactions worth USD 9.2 million.

As for apartments and villas, the most expensive unit was a villa sold for USD 92 million in Dubai Investment Park First. Next on the list was an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 77.3 million. And an apartment in Al Merkadh sold for USD 77 million was third among the top three.

Total sum of mortgaged properties for the week was USD 1.6 billion. The highest was a land in Al Warsan Second, mortgaged for USD 1.2 billion.

51 properties worth USD 209 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
