Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, October 21-28, 2021

174 plots sold for USD 250 million, 1,080 apartments and villas sold for USD 593 million.

2,245 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.3 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 21 to 28 October, 2021.

According to the Dubai Land Department's weekly report, 174 plots sold for USD 250 million, 1,080 apartments and villas sold for USD 593 million.

The largest land transaction was registered in Business Bay, standing at USD 18 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 12 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid.

Al Hebiah Fourth saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 65 sales transactions worth USD 77 million. It is followed by Al Hebiah Third with 32 sales transactions worth USD 25 million and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 16 sales transactions worth USD 81 million completes the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 78 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 70 million and an apartment in Al Khairan First sold for USD 49 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 446 million. The highest was a plot of land in Dubai Investment Park First, mortgaged for USD 61 million.

79 properties worth USD 49 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
