The hotel was previously named Address Boulevard but was changed to Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai in January 2024.

The Address Boulevard is a curvilinear building, and as of April 2016 it ranked as the second-tallest tower in Downtown Dubai and the sixth-tallest in Dubai.

The building’s lower floors house a 196-room hotel including 36 suites and an accompanying club lounge. It also houses a conference and banqueting hall, a new multi-room food and beverage concept and a spa that takes up the entire fourth floor.

From Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai it takes roughly 5 minutes to drive to Dubai Mall, 19 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 18 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 23 minutes to The Walk JBR.*
