Residential complexes in Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) are located around Dubai and the UAE's main arterial road, which stretches for 558 km. The road didn't have an official name until 1990. A major reconstruction of the road was undertaken in the 1990s. During this period, the road was significantly widened, and the roundabouts were replaced with multi-level interchanges. It was also named after the President of the UAE. Alongside the lanes of the road, a modern district has sprung up with numerous skyscrapers housing banks, offices, shopping malls, and most prestigious residential property in Dubai.
Today, the road has 12 lanes, making it one of the most important and busiest arteries in the emirate. During rush hours, traffic jams are common, and finding a parking space can be a challenge. Paid parking is available in the area to alleviate this problem. Housing in the area meets high standards of quality and comfort, offering fully furnished apartments with all necessary amenities. Residents of the complexes have access to various facilities including modern gyms, swimming pools, and car parking.
