Deyaar will launch three new projects in the Al Furjan area totaling 300 million dirhams

On Tuesday, it became known that it will begin construction of three new projects in Al Furjan, the cost of which will be about 300 million dirhams.

The projects will have 400 unique apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, which will be divided between residential and hotel apartments. Amari Residences will be the first project, while the other two will be presented in 2023.

Saeed Mohammed Al Qatami, CEO of Deyaar, said: «We are pleased to announce the expansion of our growing portfolio of residential and hotel projects in connection with the opening of our presence in Al Furjan through three separate projects. The Azalea Residences project will also offer residents many amenities, including a gym, a playground, a swimming pool and a children's pool.
