According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department, in the week ending December 23, 2022, 2,926 real estate transactions worth more than 9.1 billion dirhams UAE were made. (DLD).
According to the DLD report, 2,233 houses and villas were bought for 5.44 billion dirhams of the UAE, while 159 plots were sold for 877.59 million dirhams of the UAE.
The top three deals concerned the sale of land in Business Bay for 100 million dirhams UAE, land in Al Safouh First for 96.5 million dirhams UAE and land in Business Bay for 100 million dirhams UAE.
With 66 purchase and sale transactions totaling 177.34 million dirhams, the most transactions this week were made in Al Hebiah Fifth, followed by Al Yufrah 2 with 21 transactions totaling 28.72 million dirhams and Jabal Ali First with 12 transactions totaling 38 million dirhams.
The top three transfers of apartments and villas included Jumeirah First apartments worth 315 million dirhams UAE, Business Bay apartments worth 183 million dirhams UAE and Palm Jumeirah apartments worth 85 million dirhams UAE.
The total value of mortgaged real estate for the week amounted to 2.65 billion dirhams of the UAE, while the plot on Palm Jumeirah received the highest mortgage amount of 794 million dirhams of the UAE. Meanwhile, 79 properties totaling 172 million dirhams of the UAE were distributed among relatives of the first degree.
