A major residential community project in Dubai will be handed over in Q2

The construction of the elite Park Avenue II project is progressing rapidly. This project is a lively and well-connected residential complex in MBR City in Dubai, which is scheduled to be commissioned in the 2nd quarter of 2023.

According to the developer's statement, Park Avenue consists of three buildings with a total of 372 residential and 29 commercial apartments, each of which has a fully functional gym and swimming pool.

Presenting a progress report on the project, the developer stated that the construction of the second Park Avenue II tower is steadily moving forward, construction work on its frame is 94% completed. The interior plaster is almost finished, but the masonry blocks are completely finished.

According to the statement, in order to speed up construction, the total workforce has increased to 660 people.

Recently it became known that the first tower of Park Avenue I is 58% complete.
