A property worth AED 650 million has appeared on Sheikh Zayed Road

In the Dubai real estate market, over the last month and a half of 2022, several apartments were purchased in a new tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in the amount of AED 650 million. It is reported that this is the most expensive real estate deal in Dubai to date in 2023.

 

The new building offers houses and apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms (duplexes, triplexes and penthouses).

 

The price of residential units starts at AED 8.2 million. Construction will be completed in the 4th quarter of 2026. Five bedrooms, two servants' rooms, two relaxation rooms, a gym, sauna, bathroom, as well as a private patio with a 2-meter swimming pool — all this will be included in the triplex. The outdoor lounge and Jacuzzi on the upper level of the main terrace offer incredible views of the Burj Khalifa.
