Super elite real estate continues to be in demand in 2022

The rent in Palm Jumeirah continues to rise in 2023. The penthouse in the One at Palm skyscraper was rented for AED 1.7 million per month. The deal represents one of the largest single apartment rental deals in Dubai this year.

 

Despite the high rent, the 4-bedroom penthouse with an area of 445 square meters was in demand because it was the only one available in the building. More and more requests for similar luxury apartments with views of the Dubai skyline and the Persian Gulf are coming to Dubai real estate agencies.

 

A CIS citizen who lived in Dubai for several months rented a penthouse. The apartment has just entered the rental market. As these were the two most expensive offers on the market, two penthouses in the same Palm Jumeirah complex have been in the spotlight for years.

 

According to the portal DXBInteract.com, the rent on Palm Jumeirah costs about AED 180,000 on average, excluding this significant transaction. Many new contracts have been signed in recent days, including for the amount of AED 330,000 and AED 230,000 each.
