The villa with a total area of 7,600 square feet is located on the Palm Jumeirah, it features five bedrooms as well as a maid's room and is outfitted with paintings. Еру living space of the property is 6,000 square feet.
The house has marble floors and living spaces are really spacious with plenty of natural light.
In addition to that, the villa includes an indoor gym, a fully fitted closed kitchen and six bathrooms. A Balinese-style wooden pool deck is surrounded by trees for more privacy, the listing says.

According to the real estate portal Property Finder, property sales in Dubai have continued to increase. In August, the emirate recorded 5,780 sales deals worth USD 4.07 billion, reaching a 12-year high.
The highest number of transactions for villas and townhouses were registered in the following communities: Arabian Ranches 3, Dubai Land, Dubai South, Tilal al Ghaf and Damac Hills 2.
The uptick in sales was largely driven by a rising demand for secondary properties in the market, the portal noted.
