SOL Properties unveils a new 275-unit residential community in Dubai's JVC

The new project will bring the company's total residential portfolio up to 2,196 units.

SOL Properties, the real estate development arm of Dubai-based Bhatia Group, unveiled the launch of SOL Serene, a new residential project in the dynamic Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) community in Dubai.

The SOL Serene project is the real estate company’s 20th residential building across UAE. The new development will feature 275 apartments with a mix of studios, one- and two-bedroom units.

The new project brings SOL Properties’ total residential portfolio up to 2,196 units and in the coming months its expansion is expected.
