Golf Greens, a residential complex with apartments and townhouses designed for wealthy buyers, will be built in Dubai. A distinctive feature of the project will be the proximity to the Trump International Golf Club Dubai.
According to the idea of the creators, the project should combine the developed infrastructure of a large city with a quiet life in nature. The latter should be provided by a spacious park area of 3.7 million m2.
The residential complex will have one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as townhouses for two and three bedrooms. Prices start from AED 981,000 ($267,000) per a property.
The developer of the project is Damac Properties. Golf Greens is to become the central residential complex on the master plan of Damac Hills, the company's main project in Dubai.
