Another villa worth more than 100 million dirhams is ready for sale on «Billionaires’s Row» in Palm Jumeirah

Another villa with a price tag of more than 100 million dirhams is ready for sale, 6 more villas with price tags above 300 million dirhams are being built. 

On the luxurious island of Palm Jumeirah, another exclusive villa on the "palm tree branch" is put up for sale, which is going to be turned into a «Billionaires’s Row». It is planned to build six mansions here at a price of 120 to 300 million dirhams (US 32.67 – 81.68 million). The first one is already ready.

«Billionaires’s Row» in Palm Jumeirah is planned to be built up with 13 branded villas. In The Palm project nearby, a villa was recently sold for 280 million dirhams (US 76.23 million), which became an absolute record in Dubai for the price of real estate. The upcoming offer of a mansion for 300 million dirhams (US 81.68 million) should help surpass this record.

Now the second of six new villas worth 100+ million dirhams in Palm Jumeirah is up for sale on «Billionaires’s Row». The construction of the mansion, located on the Front G line, is being completed against the backdrop of the relentless interest of buyers in super-luxury homes in Dubai.
