An artificial lagoon with a length of 1 km will be the decoration of a new project in South Bay. A new project has recently been launched in the heart of this residential area. According to the master plan, more than 800 villas and townhouses and more than 200 large mansions will be built on the embankment near the new artificial lagoon with a length of 1 km. There will also be many beaches. The plan provides for more than 3 kilometers of the embankment.
