A new project from Danube Properties promises to have more than 100 units with pools out of the 270 apartments in the building. If before developers in Dubai were going for larger living spaces, including private gardens, the trend this year shifted to private gyms, game rooms and pools.

That is why Rizwan Sajan is convinced that implementing private pools in apartments is the way to go. People are open for new experiences and lifestyles, so it’s in the interest of developers to bring new and fresh ideas to the table.
