Azizi Developments delivers Mina on Palm Jumeirah

UAE's Azizi Developments celebrated the handover of Mina, its luxurious development on the eastern crescent of the famous man-made island Palm Jumeirah.

The official inauguration ceremony for Mina was hosted by Mirwais Azizi, founder and chairman of Azizi Developments, and Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments, in the presence of senior members of the developer’s management team, government authorities, media representatives and key partners.

Azizi’s Mina, of the most distinguished projects of the entire UAE, will now be home to hundreds of owners and tenants. The project was named after the daughter of the developer’s CEO Mina Azizi. The residences’ lobby features a 21-meter exclusively-commissioned mural of the seven-year-old girl, whose name also means 'port' in Arabic, an inspiration for the premium waterfront building.

The handover of Mina comes in light of Azizi’s commitment to completing over 10,000 units this year alone. Many more deliveries will take place in Al Furjan, Riviera in MBR City, and Dubai Healthcare City. Next, the opening of Plaza and Star is expected in April and Berton in May, all in Al Furjan. Then the handovers of the first buildings in the first phase of Riviera will start in June.

Mina unit prices start at USD 707 thousand for for one-bedroom apartments to USD 7.2 million for a penthouse with a private pool. Over 96 percent of the development is now already sold out and the remaining four percent of units have just been released.

Mina residents will enjoy immediate proximity to the Palm's extensive promenade, where they can bask in the glow of Dubai’s soothing sunsets or take advantage of early-morning runs.

The Mina project covers an area of nearly 38,500 square meters and features 178 units, comprising 120 one- and 54 two-bedroom apartments as well as four spacious penthouses. Over 69 percent of the Mina’s total area is allocated for lifestyle-enhancing amenities, including private beach access, two swimming pools, a fully equipped gym, a comprehensive health club, a children’s play area, a jogging track, and green outdoor spaces.
