Bloom Properties sells out the first phase of Aldhay in Abu Dhabi

Aldhay is located on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche and is part of Bloom Gardens, Bloom Properties’ master planned community.

Leading Abu Dhabi-based real estate development company, Bloom Properties, announced that the first phase of Aldhay sold out within a remarkable six hours of release onto the market. The company also announced that it would be releasing the second phase of the project for sale soon.

Aldhay is located on the Eastern Mangrove Corniche and is part of Bloom Gardens, Bloom Properties’ master planned community. The project is designed to become an exclusive residential community in one of the most prestigious areas in Abu Dhabi city.

Completion of Aldhay is scheduled for the third quarter of 2023. As a result it will add 181 spacious two, three, four, and five-bedroom townhouses to the existing elegant 457 villas and townhouses at Bloom Gardens.

Aldhay’s townhouses are available in a variety of types and sizes that range from 124 square meters to 325 square meters, prices start from USD 490,000. Each is designed with a Mediterranean feel and superior, modern finishings.
