Brokerage sector has played an important role in the recovery of Dubai's real estate sector

$32 billion has been allocated in the UAE to overcome the effects of the pandemic. The measures taken have had a positive impact on all spheres of life, including real estate sector. 

 

This was announced by Walid Al Zarooni, CEO of W Capital Real Estate Brokerage, during a media briefing. He also added that the brokerage sector has played an important role in the recovery of sales in the Dubai real estate sector.

 

Walid Al Zarooni confirmed the opinion of most experts: real estate sales in Dubai are striving for the best annual indicators. This reflects the efforts of all participants in the sector: regulatory authorities represented in the Dubai Land and Property Authority, as well as real estate developers and brokers.

 

The expert stressed that the investment momentum in the real estate sector encourages many UAE citizens to engage in real estate brokerage or study the basics of the market in order to be able to buy and sell, as well as take advantage of all investment opportunities.
