Creek Views I, Azizi's project in Dubai, is 72 percent complete

The project is scheduled for handover by the end of 2021.

Azizi Developments, a leading development company based in Dubai, has announced that its Creek Views I residential in Dubai Healthcare City is more than 72 percent complete. The 19-storey development consists of 634 residential units and also features 33,341 square feet of retail space. The project is scheduled to be handed over by the end of 2021, said Azizi in its recent press statement.

According to Azizi Developments, structure and blockwork completion rate at the moment is 100 percent; internal plastering is 99 percent complete; tiling has reached 82 percent completion; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) works stand at 26 percent and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works are 37 percent complete.

Creek Views I is one of the 46 projects, that comprise in total over 10,000 units and more than 11,204,623 square feet of built-up area that Azizi Developments expects to hand over in 2021.

Azizi Developments first emerged in 2007, today, its portfolio in Dubai is worth around USD 12.2 billion. The company's projects include the well-known Azizi Rivera as well as a number of smaller but highly successful projects.
