Developers need to take into account indoor air quality when building real estate in the UAE

The survey of Khansaheb Industries, dedicated to the audit of indoor air quality in the UAE, showed that 45% of UAE residents believe that the air quality at home is very good, and only 42% of Dubai residents said that they have good indoor air quality.

A survey of 1,000 residents throughout the UAE showed that high air quality in the house is more important for UAE residents when choosing housing than proximity to transport interchanges, distance from the main road, proximity to schools, availability of open space, floor height and parking.

«According to the results of our initial survey, developers and contractors across the country need to take indoor air quality into account when planning and building real estate in the UAE», Khansaheb Industries reports.

Due to the introduction of an obligatory regulatory framework for the introduction of ventilation systems and air ducts in UAE buildings, residents can enjoy higher quality air in their daily lives.
