UAE: a new premium residential area will appear on the island of Jubail

The Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) has released details of the development of Ain Al Maha, the last coastal residential area to be added to the Jubail Island project. This marks an important milestone in the transformation of the island into a luxury residential community, a paradise for those wishing to lead an elite lifestyle in the capital.

 

After an unprecedented increase in demand on the island of Jubail, the launch of Ain Al Maha indicates a strong real estate market in the area.

 

Construction work on Jubail Island is in full swing: 95% of the infrastructure is ready, and 40% of the villas are under construction. 

 

The new residential project, which is planned to be completed by the first quarter of 2025 and which will include 240 villas on the waterfront, will occupy an area of 153 hectares. It will be located on the southern edge of Jubail Island, surrounded by water and beautiful greenery.

 

The area will be built up with premium class residences. The project will also include the improvement of the shores and natural water channels of Ain Al Maha, the transformation of Ain Al Maha into an «island within an island», on which half of the villas will face the waterfront.

 

The area is carefully designed and offers plenty of open space for residents. An important feature of the project are parks and playgrounds for children. Parks with an area of more than 92,000 square meters allow residents and guests to enjoy walks and participate in sports activities in specialized areas.
