Eagle Hills and Shurooq unveil a new residential tower in the heart of Sharjah

The 59-units building is located within the Maryam Gate Residences community, the second phase of the Maryam Island mega project.

Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills, is launching Shams Residences on Maryam Island, a first-of-its-kind luxury waterfront development in Al Khan and Al Mamzar districts in Sharjah.

The 59-units building is located within the Maryam Gate Residences community, the second phase of the Maryam Island mega project.

Shams Residences is designed with a contemporary spin on the traditional architecture of the region.

The house will be located along the Maryam Island Boulevard and will cover approximately 6,637 square meters of gross floor area. Exciting retail offerings and the beaches of Al Mamzar and Al Khan are found in very close proximity.

Shams Residences feature apartments in various layouts: studios, one, two and three-bedroom units. All apartments will be decorated in light palette to maximize the sense of space and openness. In addition to that, there will be a four-bedroom penthouse in darker hues to create an exceptional, premium look.
