Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, May 13-20, 2021

120 plots sold for USD 238 million; 1,038 apartments and villas sold for USD 552 million.

1,562 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.1 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 13 to 20 May, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Al Barsha South Fourth, standing at USD 14 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 5.4 million in Al Thanayah Fourth.

Al Hebiah Fourth saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 33 sales transactions worth USD 37 million. It is followed by Al Hebiah Third with 24 sales transactions worth USD 32 million and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 18 sales transactions worth USD 35 million completing the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 103 million, an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 53 million and a villa in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for USD 37 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 272 million. The highest was a land in Jabal Ali Industrial First, mortgaged for USD 35 million.

29 properties worth USD 22 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
