Experts expect an increase in demand for premium office space in Dubai

Dubai demonstrates an attractive offer for both businesses and individuals. Whether it's a multinational company looking for a new headquarters or expats looking to start a new business, the emirate remains an extremely desirable place.

In the first 10 months of 2021, 55,000 new companies were registered, as well as an influx of 2,000 people with ultra-high income (+ $30 million in net assets). Over the past year, there has been an unprecedented increase in office space. During the most difficult period in the history of the global office sector in Dubai, more than 700,000 square meters of space were rented in just 12 months.

Nowadays, 64% (more than 450,000 square meters) of the total volume, new DIFC participants account for. High-quality jobs are more relevant today than ever before. 

Experts suggest that the next wave of demand will lead to the full disclosure of the potential of office space.
