In 2021, Dubai South demonstrated record figures

Dubai South, the largest urban development specializing in aviation, logistics and real estate, ended 2021 on a high note, having achieved several outstanding achievements in various divisions.

 

Such achievements include attracting new clients and companies, selling projects, entering into partnerships and launching unique projects.

 

After the opening of Expo-2020 in Dubai and by popular demand, the Pulse Beachfront project was launched. As a result, it was possible to sell the first and second stages to interested investors, and the final stage should be launched in the 1st quarter of 2022.

 

The total number of companies currently operating outside Dubai South has reached 4,600, attracting more than 700 new companies. Moreover, by the end of 2021, the total number of people working in Dubai South has reached 20,848 people.

 

Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center completed the year with the launch of several unique projects. One of these projects is Dubai Helicopter Park, the largest helicopter center of its kind, accommodating eight helicopters for transportation between business centers and tourist destinations throughout the UAE.
