According to the monthly report of Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), 2,299 real estate transactions totaling 1.9 billion dirhams were made in September 2022.
Of the total number of transactions, 677 were related to the sale of real estate in various districts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department reported 2,299 real estate transactions of various types during the previous month, with 677 purchase and sale transactions accounting for 29.4% of the total number of transactions made, 299 mortgage transactions accounted for 13.1% of the total and were valued at 608 million dirhams, and 1,323 other miscellaneous transactions accounted for 13.4% of the total the number of transactions made. the remaining 57.5% of the total.
According to the data provided, the purchase and sale transactions were distributed among 90 points in different cities and regions of the Emirate of Sharjah. The total area of more than 3.9 million square meters of real estate included residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural land.
More specifically, the category of tradable assets included 297 transactions for the sale of tower units, which is 43.9% of the total number of transactions, followed by 198 transactions for the sale of land, which is 29.2%, and 182 transactions for land development, which is 26.9%.
