More than 5,000 units to be built in 18 new projects in Abu Dhabi

The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) on the Abu Dhabi online real estate services platform «DARI» has received registration of 18 new projects.

 

As a result, 5,037 additional housing units will be available in various areas throughout the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, including Yas Island, Al Reem Island, Madinat Zayed, etc.

 

Ten projects for the construction of villas, five projects for the construction of residential and commercial units, as well as three mixed-use projects were registered, according to the DARI platform, which was introduced by DMT in early 2022 to combat real estate fraud.

 

Since the introduction of the platform in February 2022, 178 projects have been launched, including 74 residential buildings, 43 land plots, 49 villas and 12 mixed-use projects.

 

To ensure transparency in the Abu Dhabi real estate market, DMT has created the «DARI» platform, the first of its kind in the emirate. The website provides clients with a single interface through which they can access a range of services, and allows local and foreign investors to explore potential prospects in the Emirate's real estate sector.

 

The «DARI» platform currently allows clients, organizations and real estate professionals to access all available services, including transactions for the purchase, sale and rental of real estate, as well as access to relevant real estate certificates. Along with many other features that the platform provides to clients, it also includes a database of registered real estate projects, a guide for authorized Abu Dhabi real estate brokers and many other features.
