It became known about the launch of a new residential project Waves-2 in Dubai, UAE. The message came after the information about the full sale of off-plan real estate in the first phase of the Waves-1 project development. The developer is Damac Properties. According to the developer, Waves-2 will be built next to Waves-1 in the mega-popular Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) area in Dubai. It will be similar architecturally to Waves-1.
According to the developer, Waves-2 residential towers will have a height of 27 floors, including three floors for parking. The internal total area will be more than 24,500 square meters. The project was developed by a team of experienced architects who took into account the requirements for luxury real estate by users. The commissioning of the residential complex is scheduled for Q1 of 2026.
According to the developer, the complex will include many water facilities, swimming pools, water cascades, terraces for recreation, as well as a health club, large parking, retail space and other luxury amenities.
In mid-September 2022, Damac Properties launched the Miami residential project in Dubai worth $29.9 million, and in early January 2023 announced that it would invest $680 million in 12 new projects in 2023.
