According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), 385 sales of 936.65 million dirhams, 98 mortgage transactions worth 186.25 million dirhams and 41 gift transactions totaling 131.82 million dirhams were registered in the Dubai real estate market on Tuesday.
The total value of real estate transactions to date has exceeded 1.2 billion dirhams. The sales included 358 villas and apartments worth 691.86 million dirhams, 27 land plots worth 244.79 million dirhams and 88 villas and apartments worth 145.06 million dirhams, as well as 10 land plots worth 41.19 million dirhams.
