According to data provided by Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Monday, October 10, 2022, 445 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.18 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 68 mortgage transactions totaling 445.38 million dirhams and 37 gift transactions totaling 61.34 million dirhams.
More than 1.6 billion dirhams were spent on real estate as a result of the sale of 423 villas and apartments for 977.17 million dirhams, the mortgage of 57 villas and apartments in the amount of 184.33 million dirhams and the purchase of 11 land plots in the amount of 261.05 million dirhams.
On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, 469 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.29 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 77 mortgage transactions totaling 190.01 million dirhams and 8 gift transactions totaling 26.82 million dirhams.
The total value of real estate transactions to date has exceeded 1.5 billion dirhams. The sales included 438 villas and apartments worth 976.46 million dirhams, 31 land plots worth 318.01 million dirhams and 47 villas and apartments worth 109.29 million dirhams. Mortgage loans included 30 plots of land in the amount of 80.72 million dirhams.
