According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Thursday, January 19, 2023, 490 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.12 billion dirhams were made in the Dubai real estate market, as well as 83 mortgage transactions totaling 212.23 million dirhams and 19 gift transactions totaling 130.63 million dirhams.
The sales included 46 plots of land worth 194.93 million dirhams and 444 houses and apartments worth 929.1 million dirhams. Mortgage loans were issued for 23 plots of land worth 107 million dirhams and 60 villas and apartments worth 105.23 million dirhams, bringing the total value of today's real estate transactions to almost 1.4 billion dirhams.
