According to data published by Dubai Land Department (DLD), on Wednesday, 401 purchase and sale transactions worth 1.4 billion dirhams of the UAE were recorded in Dubai real estate market, as well as 91 mortgage transactions worth 156.13 million dirhams of the UAE and 19 gift transactions worth 49.85 million dirhams of the UAE.
Sales included 377 villas and apartments worth 1.14 billion dirhams, as well as 24 plots of land worth 252.94 million dirhams, while mortgage loans included 75 villas and apartments worth 125.68 million dirhams and 16 plots of land worth 30.45 million dirhams, bringing the total number of real estate transactions to date exceeded more than 1.6 billion dirhams.
