Phase I of the Sustainable City – Yas Island project was sold out within 24 hours

Within 24 hours after the public launch of the Sustainable City – Yas Island project, 100% of sales were closed, which brought in more than 1 billion dirhams.

 

Another 352 townhouses and condominiums, which are planned to be commissioned at subsequent stages, are currently put up for sale due to high demand.

 

At the first stage of the project, a total of 512 residences were available, and 76% of them were purchased by foreigners, including 24% by foreign investors, which indicates the expansion of the number of clients of the developer worldwide. Approximately 87% of consumers purchased their first property, and 66% of buyers were under 45 years of age.

 

The launch of Sustainable City – Yas Island sales was the first completely paperless event allowing customers to make purchases online using electronic signatures.

 

Construction of the project will begin in the 2nd quarter of 2023, and the first transfers of real estate are expected in Q4 2025.
