Real estate agents are seeing an increase in advertising rates due to the new rules of Dubai Land Department

Before the new ad placement rules come into force in October 2022. Dubai real estate portals are raising advertising rates.

Sources confirm that some of the leading real estate listing sites have increased their bids or are planning to do so in the near future. The influence of portals has increased as a result of recent changes in the rules for advertising real estate in Dubai.

The number of brokers and agencies allowed to represent and list any property was limited by the rules issued last week by Dubai Land Department. As of October 2022, each such transaction may involve a total of only three agents for each such listing.

Such ads must indicate permits that require prior approval of Dubai Land Department. The changes will effectively prevent more than three agents from selling the same property at the same time. After the sale, all ads should be taken down as soon as possible.
