Reportage Properties, a developing company based in Abu Dhabi, is building 10 projects that will deliver about 4,000 housing units in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
According to Reportage Properties, positive developments are evident in UAE real estate market, resulting in increased sales during the current year. There was a strong demand for residential units in Rukan Tower, the project being developed by the company in the Dubailand area in cooperation with the Continental Investment. Rukan Tower, scheduled for completion by the last quarter of 2022, will feature 488 residential units. Studio apartment prices start from USD 76 thousand, one-bedroom prices start from USD 106 thousand, two-bedrooms cost from USD 163 thousand.
Islam Ahmed Suleiman, CEO of Reportage Properties, explained that the Rukan Tower project was launched in the middle of this year after successful sales in the first phase of Rukan Lofts, launched at the end of last year. The first phase of Rukan Lofts consists of 349 residential villas and the second phase includes 305 villas.
Suleiman indicated that about 20 percent of the construction work in Rukan Tower has been completed. The company is keen to continue carrying out construction works in all its projects in Dubai as well as in Abu Dhabi according to the specified time plans and is committed to deliver the projects on schedule.
