Sharjah real estate transactions in June 2022 were estimated at 1.9 billion dirhams

According to the report of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD) for June 2022, 747 real estate purchase and sale transactions worth 1.9 billion dirhams of the UAE with a total area of more than 6 million square feet were made in 106 settlements of the Emirate of Sharjah.

 

The statistics include 358 mortgage transactions totaling 764 million dirhams.

 

For the entire previous month, the department completed 2,521 transactions, of which 747 were sales, which is 29.6% of the total volume. Mortgage transactions accounted for 358, or 14.2% of all transactions, while the remaining transactions amounted to 1,416, or 56.2%.

 

In June 2022, the sales volume of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural real estate in the emirate amounted to more than 6 million square meters.
