Sun and Sand Developers (SASD) has completed its new project Suncity Homes in Dubai six months ahead of schedule. The project is located in Dubai International City Phase Three, at the Al Warsan 4 community. Sharing borders with Nad Al Sheba, International City and Dubai Silicon Oasis it gives its residents easy access to these neighbourhoods.
The apartment complex is situated in Al Warsan, one of several freehold areas in Dubai, which means expats and foreign nationals are allowed to purchase property there.
Suncity Homes is one of the first projects in Dubai featuring an integrated Smart Home System. Using a special app on their smartphones, residents can operate their thermostats, air-conditioners and other electronic devices in their apartments remotely.
Those who wish to buy an apartment in Suncity Homes have enough to choose from: there are 65 spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments in the building in total. 1-bedroom apartments come with two bathrooms while 2-bedroom units have three.
In addition to a whole range of smart facilities, Suncity Homes also features plenty of comfortable amenities: 97 parking spaces located on the ground floor, gym facilities, Indoor and outdoor play areas for kids, three elevators, CCTV surveillance and 24-hour security, walk-in closets and built-in water filters, extra storage space in living rooms and so on.

There are four retail units on the ground floor, which is a very convenient options as residents don't have to drive anywhere to shop for basic daily needs.
