Extra-premium real estate in One Za'Abeel One&Only Sales is put up for sale. It is a project that entered the Guinness Book of Records. Currently, the buildings are under construction. Information about the project
The twin buildings will combine ultra-luxury residences with a unique "urban resort". All this splendor is located in the heart of Dubai, close to the Dubai World Trade Centre.
This structure, which is a part of the Ithra Dubai Twin Towers complex, has already earned an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest cantilever building in the world, due to the long transverse part that connects the towers.
The issue price
In total, 94 One&Only brand residences are for sale in the project. In addition, there will be 264 apartments, including five-bedroom penthouses.

The initial prices are the following:
- One-bedroom residences cost AED 3,900,000 ($1,061,797; ¥6,954,771);
- Two-bedroom apartments cost AED 5,500,000 ($1,497,406; ¥9,808,009);
- Three-bedroom apartments cost AED 9,900,000 ($2,695,331; ¥17,654,419).
The so-called exclusive "private houses" are also available for purchase, priced from AED 4,400,000 ($1,197,924; ¥7,846,408).

One Za'abeel is one of the new generation ultra-high facilities in Dubai, located in a prime location. This guarantees proximity to the city's numerous attractions, the World Trade Centre, the Emirates Towers and the Burj Khalifa. Besides, the project is next to Zabeel Park, at the very beginning of the Sheikh Zayed Road stretch.
One of the towers is allotted for a hotel. It will be managed by the Kerzner International One&Only brand.
