USD 817 million project is the first fully walkable community in Sharjah.
Alef Group, the developer based in Sharjah, announced on Sunday, 6 June 2021, the completion of the first phase of the Al Mamsha project. Handover of residential and retail units is due to begin later this June.
The first phase of the project consists of seven buildings with a total of 693 residential units and 41 retail stores, the developer said in its press statement.
In March, the company had announced the beginning start of construction work on the third phase of the project, that includes six buildings, 612 residential units and 1,852 square meters of retail space.
The second phase of Al Mamsha comprises 900 housing units across eight buildings.
USD 817 million Al Mamsha project is Sharjah’s first fully walkable community. 15 buildings housing 1,193 residential units and 88 shops will be connected by beautiful sidewalks and walkways.
