The first phase of Motor City Hills by Dubai's Union Properties will feature 415 townhouses

Each house will have three storeys and four bedrooms.

Dubai-based developer Union Properties has announced that the first phase of the its new project Motor City Hills will consist of three-storey townhouses.

The developer has just signed an investment agreement with the with real estate firm Aqua Properties that will play an 'exclusive role' in the project’s marketing and sales operations. 

Motor City Hills is Union Properties’ latest project located in the heart of Dubai’s Motor City. 415 new townhouses will be delivered in the first phase of the project. Each house will have three storeys, four bedrooms and an area of 3,000 square feet.

'As promised to our shareholders… we launch our second project in Motor City,' said Khalifa Hassan Al Hammadi, chairman of Union Properties. 

In August, the company launched Motor City Views, an apartment complex that features 880 residential units.

Dubai’s off-plan market is starting to revive after last year's lull during the pandemic. In 2020, demand for off-plan properties fell, while many developers held off launching new projects. 

In August, Dubai's property market saw 2,599 off-plan sales transactions worth USD 1.35 billion. According to Property Finder, this is the highest value recorded in a month for off-plan properties since December 2013.
