Upcoming residential projects in Abu Dhabi

UAE’s capital is a city with high living standards attracting people from all over the world so it's no surprise that the demand for residential properties there is always high. Currently, there are some really exciting residential projects in Abu Dhabi in progress.

SAADIYAT RESERVE

One of the projects soon to spring up in the largest emirate is the upcoming Saadiyat Reserve promising a luxurious beachfront lifestyle. This villa community on Saadiyat Island will be surrounded by untouched sandy beaches, protected wildlife reserves and located in close proximity to Abu Dhabi’s Cultural District. The project is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2022. It will feature 306 plots with one to three-bedroom villas.

WATER’S EDGE

Water’s Edge by Aldar on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi is a modern waterfront community that will provide an enviable urban lifestyle. The first phase of the project is already complete, while the second is currently under construction. The fabulous community will feature 2,262 contemporary studios and 3-bedroom apartments with picturesque views of the boardwalk and canal.

AL QANA

Next on the list of upcoming projects is Al Qana, developed by the Department of Municipalities and Transport of Abu Dhabi in partnership with Al Barakah International Investment, a leading investment group in UAE.

Al Qana is located along the Rabdan area and when completed, it will be one of the most desirable commercial and residential communities in Abu Dhabi. The area will feature a gorgeous 2.4 km waterfront promenade with magnificent views of the Arabian Gulf.

The community will be divided into seven districts that will feature a range of leisure activities, including an aquarium, cinemas and an indoor theme park. In addition to that, countless restaurants and cafes will be opened in the area.
