Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to 8.9 billion dirhams

According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department, 2,317 real estate transactions worth 8.9 billion dirhams were completed in the week ending September 16, 2022.

 

227 plots were sold for 4.35 billion dirhams, and 1,560 apartments and villas were bought for 3.44 billion dirhams.

 

The three largest transactions included the sale of land in Madinat Al Mataar for 988 million dirhams, the sale of real estate in Al Yufrah 1 for 259.24 million dirhams and the sale of land in Madinat Al Mataar for 988 million dirhams.

 

With 66 sales transactions totaling 221.48 million dirhams, the largest number of transactions this week were made in Al Hebiah Fifth, followed by Nad Al Shiba First with 39 transactions totaling 183.93 million dirhams and Jabal Ali First with 33 transactions totaling 136 million dirhams.

 

The total value of mortgaged real estate for the week amounted to 930.7 million dirhams of the UAE, while 145 properties worth 205 million dirhams of the UAE were transferred to relatives of the first degree.
