91 plots sold for USD 194 million, 1,083 apartments and villas sold for USD 688 million.
1,581 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.9 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 29 July to 5 August, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Me'Aisem First, standing at USD 16 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 10 million in Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah.
Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 18 sales transactions worth USD 75 million. It is followed by Jumeirah First with 15 sales transactions worth USD 41 million and Nad Al Shiba First with 11 sales transactions worth USD 8.7 million completes the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 138 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 81 million and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 45 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 1.08 billion. The highest was a land in Palm Jumeirah, mortgaged for USD 253 million.
35 properties worth USD 73 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
