Weekly real estate transactions in Dubai, from June 25 to July 1, 2021

119 plots sold for USD 230 million, 1,321 apartments and villas sold for USD 612 million.

2,020 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 1.2 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from June 25 to July 1, 2021.

The largest land transaction was registered in Marsa Dubai, standing at USD 34 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 15 million in Al Thanayah Fourth.

Al Hebiah Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 20 sales transactions worth USD 16.8 million. It is followed by Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 14 sales transactions worth USD 38 million and Jumeirah First also with 14 sales transactions worth USD 28 million completing the list.

As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 81 million, an apartment in Al Merkadh sold for USD 71 million and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 63 million.

Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 272 million. The highest was a land in Al Goze Fourth, mortgaged for USD 37 million.

124 properties worth USD 62 million were granted between first-degree relatives (an individual’s parents, siblings, children, or a fully owned company by an individual).
