2,614 real estate and property transactions amounting to USD 4.6 billion in total were recorded in Dubai during the week from 7 to 14 January 2021. 79 plots of land were sold for USD 128.8 million; 621 apartments and villas were sold for USD 315.8 million.
The largest land transaction was registered in Island 2, standing at USD 10 million. It is followed by a land sold for USD 9.9 million in Al Thanayah Fourth.
Nadd Al Shiba Third saw the highest number of transactions this week, which was 21 sales transactions worth USD 13.7 million. It is followed by Al Hebiah Third with 13 sales transactions worth USD 6 million and Al Hebiah Fourth with 11 sales transactions worth USD 6.8 million completing the list.
As for apartments and villas, the top three transfers include an apartment in Marsa Dubai sold for USD 46.2 million, an apartment in Burj Khalifa sold for USD 22.5 million and an apartment in Palm Jumeirah sold for USD 20.4 million.
Total sum of mortgaged properties this week was USD 4 billion. The highest was a land in Al Yufrah 1, mortgaged for USD 1.6 billion.
67 properties worth USD 141.8 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
